University of Nebraska Research Slam!
Working with the UNL Research and Innovation Team on this year’s Faculty Research and Creative Activity Slam is the highlight of my year. World-changing innovation happening at our flagship university! From creating new life-saving chemical compounds to removing forever chemicals from our water sources, these researchers have something very important to say, and I’m honored to coach them and help get their research out into the world.

Huru International provides period products for girls in Kenya and Northern Africa. Something as simple as hygiene products keeps girls in school and allows them to thrive.
